Today’s song is “God Turn it Around” by Jon Reddick and featuring Matt Maher
“Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.”
Romans 5: 1-5 (NIV)
“Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds; because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”
James 1:2-4 (NIV)
Today’s song is God Turn this Around by Jon Reddick featuring Matt Maher and is the last in my series of “Rest in Jesus.”
I have been listening to various speakers in the past few weeks focused on the truth that God has everything in His control. He is working for us, at all times, in all ways, and in all perfection. We must continue to rest in Him, allow His workings to unfold, and be willing to step up and answer any call upon our lives when prompted by the Holy Spirit.
Hallelujah!
God right now, at this very moment, is:
moving in mighty ways
healing relationships
healing cancers
healing financial matters
healing the downhearted
saving souls
moving mountains
restoring a lost world to Him
Today, be reminded that we are not victims when we are on Christ’s team. What Satin uses to try to ruin or destroy, God uses for the advancement of His Kingdom and to bring lost souls to Him.
Breakthrough will come in the mighty, loving, glorious, powerful name of Jesus.
May we call upon His name today
This week may we stand, walk, talk, and live as victors because Christ has already won this war! (by default, we share in His victory!)
Find Rest in Christ, for Christ, is Victorious!
In Christ,
Lou-Anne

God Turn it Around
Lyrics
I’m praying, God come
And turn this thing around
God, turn it around
God, turn it around
God, turn it around
I’m calling on the name
That changes everything, yes
God, turn it around
God, turn it around
God, turn it around
All of my hope
Is in the name
The name of Jesus
Breakthrough will come
Come in the name
The name of Jesus
He is up to something
He is up to something
God is doing something right now
He is up to something
He is up to something
God is doing something right now
He is healing someone
He is saving someone
God is doing something, oh, right now
He is healing someone
He is saving someone
God is doing something right now (right now)
He is moving mountains
Making a way for someone
God is doing something right now, right now
He is moving mountains
Making a way for someone (yeah)
God is doing something right now, right now
He is moving mountains
Making a way for someone
God is doing something right now
All of my hope (yeah)
Is in the name (the name)
The name of Jesus (of Jesus)
Said, breakthrough will come in the name
Come in the name
The name of Jesus
God, turn it around
Turn it around
Oh, oh
God, turn it around
Turn it around
Turn it around

May we grow together in the love of Christ to reflect upon the mercies and blessings upon our lives, to feel the presence of God’s living Holy Spirit through worship to sing, pray, laugh, dance, cry, but mostly to praise our Lord and Father as we were indeed created2praise.
